Lines can be long at this Plano sibling of the Bishop Arts District original, and for good reason: The barbecue absolutely rocks. Order at a counter and your smoked meats are handed over wrapped in butcher paper; that’s your plate. Grab a local craft beer from the bar and prepare to swoon. Don’t miss the moist or fatty brisket, pork chop, shoulder clod and turkey. Sides are good, too. Strange to say, but this place is much better than its older sibling. Full bar. Leslie Brenner/Guide
