Urban Crust

Housed in a restored 1896 saddlery, Urban Crust brings creditable pizza to historic downtown Plano. The lofty main room is dominated by a large wood- and gas-fired oven that turns out classics like a margherita with Italian buffalo mozzarella as well as more unusual pies like a recent special with french fries and truffle oil. The place bustles with families at lunch — and is jammed, with long waits, for weekend dinners. Full bar.
