The scene and the dining room dazzle at the Del Frisco’s Uptown flagship. The steaks — which are wet-aged and very expensive ($42 to $89) — don’t often follow suit. They’re well seasoned and cooked reliably to the temperature ordered, but rarely do they have the depth of flavor they should when you’re paying so much. Best bet is the bone-in filet.
