Photos: Dancing in the streets and delectable dining at Downtown Plano's Night Out on 15th

It was worth the wait. For the second year in a row, Downtown Plano's signature outdoor dining event, Night Out on 15th, was postponed due to predicted spring rains.

But the later date did not deter locals who eagerly came out on June 5 to sample the district's best restaurants through a 5-course menu featuring offerings as diverse as Lockhart Smokehouse, ZaLat Pizza and Uni Sushi. Each course was paired with beer, wine and spirits and topped off with a nightcap at an after-dinner whiskey and cigar lounge near the newly-opened McCall Plaza.

The evening also included a few special guests like Real Housewives of Dallas star Brandi Redmond and Mayor Harry LaRosiliere, who was caught by Visit Plano cutting a rug on the brick street with his wife, Tracy.
