"Circus acts, burlesque, aerialists and even hypnotists" are on the menu at Don't Tell Supper Club, a new place open in downtown Dallas, according to a press release. But those activities don't happen until 11 p.m. First, dinner.

Don't Tell's menu comes from Tre Wilcox, a Top Chef and Top Chef All-Stars alum. The venue will be open initially just three days a week, with dinner starting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Brunch on Sundays is expected to be added in the fall.

The restaurant will transition from supper club to nightclub at 11 p.m. The 10,000-square-foot space turns up the "pulsing house music, dancing and revelry" late-night, says a press release. The venue's cocktails have whimsical elements like Pop Rocks in the Champagne punch and a Negroni with an ice cube shaped like the Death Star.

It will also be a private event space called DT Downtown, available to book seven days a week.

Update on July 7, 2017: Don't Tell is open now.

2026 Commerce St., Dallas. Dinner reservations recommended.
