There was a time when nobody paid much attention to what bartenders wore -- black T-shirts and tats  were about all there was to notice. But craft-cocktail slingers bring more than a muddle, bitters and infused whichevers to the fore. They're also packing affectations of grooming and attire.  Whiskers, suspenders and fedoras -- we seen a lot of. Now, the "high and tight" hairstyle might be taking hold.  What's that? Think the creepy, spectral barman in the original Shining or Bruce Willis in Last Man Standing. There's even a new Deep Ellum barbershop/lounge called High & Tight.
