ANVIL PUB

This Deep Ellum pub that features very un-pub-like food - many of its dishes are vegan - offers daily opportunities to drink for cheap. Get $1 off drinks (except ultra-premium) and $2 off appetizers during happy hour, which runs weekdays from 4 to 8 p.m., except for Thursday, when it goes all night. On Wednesdays, support your fellow Texans by drinking Texas beers ($2-$4) and Texas vodkas ($4) all night long. 2638 Elm St., Dallas. facebook.com/anvilpubdeepellum.
