A Garland resident won $1 million playing a scratch-off lottery game.
The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, recently claimed their prize, according to a Tuesday news release from Texas Lottery.
The ticket was purchased at the Tom Thumb at 39 Arapaho Village in Richardson.
This was the fourth of 10 top prizes worth $1 million to be won in the Millions Club game, the release said.
Overall odds of winning any prize, including break-even prizes, in the scratch ticket game are one in 3.36.
