Rapper Troy Ave has been shot for a second time in New York City. He still faces attempted murder charges from a May shootout at a T.I. concert.

Rapper Troy Ave has been shot again.

The 31-year-old rapper, whose real name is Roland Collins, was reportedly shot while sitting in his Maserati in a Brooklyn intersection on Christmas Day.

Collins' attorney told the Associated Press that the rapper was on his way to visit family on Sunday evening when a man fired several rounds into his car. Collins was struck in the arm and a bullet also grazed his head.

Collins was hospitalized in fair condition and received a visit from rapper 50 Cent on Sunday.

An attorney for Collins told CNN that the Brooklyn rapper is expected to recover from his injuries, and noted that this was the second attempt on his life.

Earlier this year, Collins was shot during a NYC concert headlined by rapper T.I.

Video of the shooting obtained by TMZ shows Collins firing a gun during the incident. He still faces several charges in connection with the May shootout, including attempted second degree murder, according to TMZ.

He pleaded not guilty to his charges and is reportedly attempting to renegotiate the conditions of his bonds so that he can continue touring, CNN reports.
