Dallas won't wait long for Drake — his 'Summer Sixteen' tour arrives in July

We're still going back and forth between Beyoncé's Lemonade and a life-affirming Prince deep dive, and now we have to make room in our pop-minded brains for Drake. The musical multi-tasking struggle is real.

Drake has shared this album cover for the LP coming Friday, April 29.

There are only a few days to go before Drake's new full-length album — dubbed either Views from the 6 or, simply, Views, depending on the source — will arrive on Friday. We've heard some tracks from it, including the long-lead anthem "Hotline Bling," the boast-a-thon "Summer Sixteen," the Throne-featuring "Pop Style," and the smooth and breezy "One Dance."

The next logical step: An arena tour. Drake announced the "Summer Sixteen" trek this morning, and Dallas is one of the first cities to get a look at it. The Toronto superstar arrives -- with mixtape partner Future in tow -- at American Airlines Center on July 21. Tickets go on sale Friday at livenation.com.

We're only second on the schedule after Austin. Drake has always had a soft spot for Texas.
