It's been a long day of waiting, but finally the moment is here -- Selena Gomez released the video for her newest single "Hands to Myself."

Unsurprisingly, the video follows the steamy trend we've come to expect from the 23-year-old vixen since she came into her own with this summer's album, Revival. If I called the "Good For You" video earlier this year sexy (which I did), this latest show of skin is off the charts. Lots of writhing, groping, and there's even an unexpected plot twist.

See Gomez get up close and personal with model Christopher Mason.

Gomez had been teasing fans for several days about the video's release, but when she announced it would drop Monday, fans seemed to lose their marbles.

Monday, they sat on Twitter watching the day go by. Tick-tock, tick-tock.

The buzz post-release was much different. #worththewait

Selena Gomez will perform at American Airlines Center in Dallas on June 18, 2016. Until then, keep your hands to yourself.
