Rain is not a good thing: Luke Bryan tickets in Dallas tank to $13

You can bet Luke Bryan will sing "Rain Is a Good Thing" at his Dallas shows Friday and Saturday night at Gexa Energy Pavilion. The cheerful tune is one of Bryan's first country huge hits, a No. 1 single, according to Billboard.

It appears rain isn't that good of a thing, however, since Bryan's back-to-back shows in Dallas stand to be awfully soggy at the outdoor venue. The National Weather Service predicts 3 to 6 inches between Friday morning and Saturday night.

That wet weather has likely caused some Luke Bryan fans to reexamine their plans. At the time of this writing, a Friday night uncovered lawn seat, valued on Ticketmaster for $32.50, is selling on Stubhub for as low as $12.86. Many more are for sale for $20. A prime seat in front of the stage, covered, is valued at $250 on Ticketmaster and going for about the same price on Stubhub.

So far, ticket prices hadn't gone down significantly for Saturday night.  Patrons could be waiting on weather, or just more determined to go, rain or shine. Lawn seats and covered seats are selling on Stubhub for close to Ticketmaster prices for Saturday's concert.

LiveNation reports that the shows will go on, regardless of the weather.

What's a little rain when you can "Kick the Dust Up" and "Crash My Party," "Country Girl"? Anyhow, as "All My Friends Say": "Drink A Beer," cuz "That's My Kind of Night."

(Too much? Too much.)
