Brad Paisley to headline ESPN College GameDay opening week event in Fort Worth

ESPN's College GameDay broadcast is returning to Fort Worth this weekend for the opening of college football season, and a big country star will help kick things off.

Brad Paisley will perform his new single "Country Nation" for fans at Sundance Square during the Sept. 5 show, which runs from 8-11 a.m. on ESPN. He'll also be the show's guest picker for the week.

Alabama faces Wisconsin at AT&T Stadium that night, with kickoff at 7 p.m.  It'll be the second straight year that ESPN has opened the college football season in Fort Worth.

If you want to go and experience all the craziness that is a College GameDay broadcast, wear your best team gear, make a funny sign and head to Sundance Square. ESPN will also be broadcasting from there on Friday, Sept. 4, beginning at 9 a.m. for live SportsCenter segments. It's free for anyone to attend both days. More details here.
