The voice of beloved movie star Owen Wilson, born in Dallas, will be heard in movie theaters around the world later this month when Cars 3 hits theaters. The problem is, his own kids might not fully grasp that he's Lightning McQueen.

"I'm not a hundred percent sure they believe me," he told Jimmy Kimmel on Jimmy Kimmel Live Friday night, talking about his 6- and 3-year-old sons. "They're like, 'OK, this is dad's thing, that he likes to pretend he's this animated car.'"

The interview opened, though, with Wilson talking about his athletic prowess when it comes to everybody's favorite sport, cornhole, and a story about his son learning karate.
