You're invited to the world premiere of Michael Bay's Benghazi movie at AT&T Stadium

Only Michael Bay would hold a movie's world premiere at AT&T Stadium.

The man who gave us Armageddon, The Rock, Bad Boys and The Transformers will bow his latest -- the based-on-a-true-tale 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi -- at the Death Star on January 12. And you're invited.

All you have to do is go to Ticketmaster, do some light clicking, and you're set as long as ducats are still available. And I can't imagine they'll disappear like that: All seats appear to be general admission, and the place does hold -- what, about 80,000? Not exactly the AMC NorthPark or the Texas Theatre. Or the Gemini.

And here's who's expected to attend: the men who were part of the security team during the attack on the U.S. compound, the actors portraying them (including John Krasinski, The Office star) and Soundgarden's Chris Cornell, who will perform during the premiere along with the band Madison Rising, which is billed as "America's Most Patriotic Rock Band."

Seems fitting, right? After all, Michael Bay is America's Most Patriotic Movie Director. Or, at least, its most conservative.
