Premiering during tonight's Eagles vs. Giants game, the new trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens sent chills down the spines of a horde of Jedi Knights.

The trailer is packed with goods, and gives us a hefty look at the world director J.J. Abrams has crafted for the new entry in this beloved series.

The first thing you'll notice is the booming score. John Williams is in perfect form here. Tears. Actual tears.

We also get some interaction between main characters Rey and Finn and a brief moment between Finn and Poe as the latter exits his X-Wing.

We see main baddie Kylo Ren do what looks like a bit of Sith torture on Poe and continues his obsession with the remnants of Darth Vader's helmet.

"I will finish what you started," he says.

There are Tie Fighter and X-Wing dogfights, the Millenium Falcon jumps into slip space and we almost get to see Finn and Kylo Ren clash their sabers.

The best part? A brief embrace from Han Solo and Princess Leia. Oh man.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters December 18, and tickets are available now. Some people have even posted them on eBay.
