Plus on Christmas Day only, there will be a coffee-sea salt crusted prime rib served with fries and avocado-horseradish crème. It will also be available during dinner both days for a $10 upcharge on the four-course menu. Trendy, new restaurant replaces shuttered Cafe on the Green in Irving's Four Seasons hotel

The Four Seasons replaced Cafe on the Green with this Texas-inspired place whose name stands for "Land, Air and Water." On Christmas Eve, there will be a dinner buffet from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. On Christmas Day, there will be breakfast served a la carte from 7 to 8:30 a.m., a buffet brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and a dinner buffet from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Prices vary on the a la carte menu. The limited food menu will include $3 tamales -- brisket and sweet potato picadillo -- served with chile de árbol salsa. And there will be two drink specials: a Rimy Rita made with Dulce Vida Tequila, agave nectar and fresh-squeezed lime juice for $13.95; and $3 bottles of Real Ale Brewing Co.'s Fireman's #4 blonde ale.
