Dying beer green is as much a St. Patrick's Day tradition as drinking the beer itself. If you've never tried, it's simple -- buy some green food dye and add a few drops to a light-colored brew. Some restaurants in the area will also be serving green suds through March 17, such as Humperdink's brewpub, which serves it by the glass, pitcher or beer tower. We stopped by the Greenville Avenue location, one of four, to see how to have a bartender show us how's it's done.
