Free flowers? Smells good to me.

Representatives from the D-FW flower shop Dr Delphinium handed out bouquets of flowers to unsuspecting people at several locations near the heart of Dallas on Wednesday, Oct. 19. They requested that each person take one bouquet and give the other to someone else. There was no catch: Just free flowers, because flowers make people happy.

"You're going to make someone's day today," Sammie Hathaway, a Dr Delphinium manager, told passersby as she handed out flowers.

In all, about 500 people received flowers. That's 1,000 bouquets.
