Dallas Contemporary offers three free classes of 'Polar Bear Yoga' 

Summertime in Dallas is the best time to do yoga, because all you need to do to experience "hot" yoga is go outside (is that natural? Of course it is. This is Texas). But if you're not feeling the heat, then head down to the Dallas Contemporary to join Paolo Pivi's neon arctic friends for Polar Bear Yoga.

You don't have to wear a polar bear suit for this, but you do need to bring your own mat (BYOM) for the three classes. (I would tread carefully on using other people's mats anyway.)

The first class is this Thursday, and there are two follow ups on July 28 and August 4. They all run from 10-11 a.m.

It might even be a good idea to bring a light running jacket (or wear long-sleeves) since this is yoga in an art museum — the coldest place you'll find anywhere, even in the winter. (Frozen art is more "in" than melted paint and feather puddles these days.)
