Brunch: It's Dallasites' favorite meal. Denver restaurant Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is digging deep into Dallas' breakfast/brunch crowd by expanding to three new addresses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2018.

The Texas menu includes egg-centric dishes like omelets and breakfast burritos, sweet breakfast options like pancakes and French toast, lighter fare with egg-white replacements, and a whole section on dishes covered in hollandaise.

Snooze expectes to open three Dallas-area eateries in 2018. Here's the OMG French Toast: brioche with mascarpone, vanilla cr me, salted caramel, strawberries and toasted coconut.

Snooze's "morning cocktails" range from light mimosas to coffee cocktails to a beverage for professional brunchers: the Bacon and Eggs, made with bacon-infused whiskey, sour mix, frothed egg white, bitters and bacon.

In case you're the type who hits the snooze button in the morning, Snooze is open 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You gotta wake up if you want to make it to Snooze.

Snooze currently operates Texas restaurants in Houston, Katy, Austin and San Antonio. It also has locations in California, Colorado and Arizona.

The coming-soon D-FW restaurants will be located in Addison (5100 Belt Line Road), on Walnut Hill Lane (east of 75) in Dallas, and in the Left Bank area of Fort Worth (2150 West 7th Street). All are expected to open in 2018, says a press release.
