On Friday, Perry's in Dallas and Frisco are selling 79-cent pork chops

We don't miss the denim overalls and pant suits from 1979. But there's more to love from that year.

In honor of the year Perry's Steakhouse & Grille first opened, then as a butcher shop in 1979, the restaurant is selling its pork chop for just 79 cents. (It usually costs $14.95 on Fridays at lunch, or $37.95 on other days at dinner.) The deal will be available to the first 100 customers at two restaurants: in Uptown Dallas and in Frisco.

According to a press release, you might have to stand in line, as the deal starts at 11 a.m. Friday May 19, and will likely sell out before lunch is over. You have to be 21 years old or older.
