With the opening of Cinco Taco Bar near Walnut Hill Lane and Central Expressway in Dallas, the buzzy Preston Hollow development is now stocked with restaurants.
Cinco marks the final restaurant to complete a corner full of food: Thai with Pakpao; pub fare with Blatt Beer & Table; sushi with Blue Sushi Sake Grill; pizza with Matchbox Kitchen + Spirit; Mediterranean fast-casual with Verts; healthy with Modern Market; and dessert with Frost Gelato. The development is anchored by the popular Trader Joe's grocery store.
Cinco is a fast-casual shop with a "rock 'n' roll vibe," says a press release. Artist Pablo Lobato helped give the place its edge.
The restaurant makes its tortillas in-house -- which is somewhat rare in D-FW. Cinco, like all of the other restaurants at Preston Hollow Village, is a sibling to an existing restaurant. (Cinco was first started in Addison, as the existing Cinco Tacos Cocina and Tequila.)
Opened March 6 at 7949 Walnut Hill Line Suite 130, Dallas, TX 75230 in the Preston Hollow Village Shopping Center.
