The CEO calls the new Preston Hollow address "a perfect fit" for Eatzi's, which sells chef-made dishes to folks who don't want to cook.

Update Sept. 27, 2017: This story has been updated throughout to reflect the new opening date of the Preston-Royal Eatzi's.

After years of slow growth, Eatzi's is expanding in Dallas-Fort Worth. It has already opened a new shop Fort Worth in 2017; a(nother) new Eatzi's in Dallas is next.

The ritzy brand is known for its pre-made lunches and dinners sold while opera music chirps through the store. Eatzi's was created two decades ago by Dallas entrepreneur Phil Romano, of Romano's Macaroni Grill. Eatzi's sells sushi rolls, grab 'n go cheese, flowers, bread and don't-do-it-yourself dishes from its chef's counter. Having a dinner party? Nobody will know Eatzi's did all the work.

There's also a brand-new Shake Shack at that intersection.
