A new healthy, fast casual chain is headed to Dallas, but it may be hard to get to

Grabbagreen, a healthy fast-food chain, is coming to Dallas this fall. Its home, however, will be right next to Baylor Medical Center, an odd choice that may make it difficult for anyone other than Baylor-campus employees to access. Hopefully the food is as fast as promised, since the lack of nearby street parking will require most to park in a pay lot or bike.

"We are ecstatic about leasing a space in the brand-new high rise across from Baylor Hospital," franchisee 3MUnited's Mohamed Ahmed said in a statement. "We saw a great opportunity to penetrate a new market in Dallas with a highly visible space additionally surrounded by Baylor Dental School of Texas A&M University and just a short drive to downtown Dallas and Deep Ellum district. We are excited to offer a tasty, quick, clean and healthy food option to those living and working in this neighborhood."

Grabbagreen's menu boasts fresh, made-to-order meal options with a selection ranging from grain (quinoa or brown rice) and green (spinach and kale)-based bowls to fresh-pressed juice and handcrafted real-fruit smoothies. Families will be thrilled to discover they even claim to offer children-friendly options, including a quinoa Mac and Cheese. Their Eat Clean menu offers preservative-free, naturally gluten-free and GMO free options.

In addition to normal nutrition facts, Grabbagreen displays their healthy ingredients in a periodic table style chart, explaining the effect of each ingredient on your health. Honey, for instance, increases athletic performance, and tomatoes help skin handle sun better.

Moms Keely Newman and Kelley bird founded Grabbagreen in 2013 after struggling to find healthy food options on-the-go. It has expanded quickly; the Dallas location will be one of 16 new stores opened in 2016.
