Found: Ain't No Mo! Butter Cakes.

The popular maker of Bundt cakes large and small from the Dallas Farmers Market moved and has set up a new shop in Garland. It's more than a bakery now.

Sheri and Quincy Brown's bright yellow, combination mobile-cafe-and-bakery trailer also serves a limited food menu that includes hand-battered, fried chicken wings and tenders; crisp hand-cut Sunday House Potatoes with onions and peppers; and Sheri's soulful peach-banana cobbler with shortbread-cookie crust (Fridays-Sundays).

The pudding-like cobbler is so popular, Sheri says, "I get a separate line."

Find the trailer at Walnut Street and Fifth in Garland, kitty-corner from the DART station, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday-Sunday, except when the Browns have a festival booking (some Saturdays). Park in front of the store next door on Walnut.

The website, anmbcakes.com, is a work in progress. For butter cake fans (many of whom have already found the Browns), call and leave a message to place an order: 214-321-5350.
