For a busy woman like Charlotte Jones Anderson, picking favorite spots around Dallas-Fort Worth is a mere necessity. Time is of the essence! The executive vice president and chief brand officer for the Dallas Cowboys keeps busy at football games, both home and away, and offices at the new Cowboys facility in Frisco. As a mother of three and a wife, life's busy off the clock, too.

Anderson calls it her favorite. "It's a once-a-week stop for my family and me. The food is amazing but the staff is like family!" Located at 4444 McKinney Ave., Dallas.

Half of the Anderson family goes gluten-free, she explains, "the others just love great breakfast." On Sundays, they go for gluten-free pancakes and the Bowl of Doom, the latter being a secret menu item made with sweet potato hash, avocado, eggs and more. (Chef Nicholas Pavageaux says it's popular with athletes, both pre- and post-game.) Located at 4423 McKinney Ave., Dallas.

"I don't play golf," Anderson explains, "but we play at TopGolf! It's a must-do family destination." Four locations in Dallas-Fort Worth: 8787 Park Lane in Dallas; 3760 Blair Oaks Drive in The Colony; 1500 Andrews Parkway in Allen; and 2201 E. 4th St. in Fort Worth.

Of course, Anderson has her beauty regimen handled. "Cut, color or style," she "can't live without the many talented stylists and colorists there to please!" she says. 5600 W. Lovers Lane, Dallas.

"Talk about entertainment," Anderson quips. It's an entertaining place, for sure. She recommends AT&T Stadium "particularly on Sundays in the fall" (hint, hint) or for concerts in the summertime. Located at 1 AT&T Way, Arlington.
