OK, so it's not that big game, but this is important nonetheless. At 2 p.m. today, Animal Planet will host Puppy Bowl XII, a faux football game of epic proportions. Root for your favorite pup and remember, we've got some hometown stake in this one.
But if puppies aren't your thing (let's face it, some of us are cat people), the Hallmark Channel will host its third annual Kitten Bowl at 2 p.m. as well. And yes, it is even more cute than you could possibly imagine.
