Two baby giraffes recently joined the herd at the Fort Worth Zoo, and you can see them now. The young'uns are both male, and have excellent Texan names: Waylon and Willie.

10 of the cutest baby animals ever

Willie was born first, on April 28, at 121 pounds and 5 feet, 10 inches tall. Waylon came later, according to a news release from the zoo, during a huge thunderstorm on May 3. Waylon's a big boy: He weighed in at 187 pounds and 6 feet, 1 inch at birth.

The new babies join another giraffe youngster, Dilly, a female who was born in January. Together, they bring the number of giraffes in the Fort Worth Zoo herd to nine: six females and three males. You can see them all in the African Savannah exhibit.
