Pop singer Selena Gomez's Fort Worth mansion might finally have a new buyer. The five bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home priced over $3 million, then reduced at least once, was more recently for sale for $2.7 million via Christie's International Real Estate.
According to mansionglobal.com, the home is under contract as of early October 2018 after being on and off the market for a few years. Online, the home is marked as "no longer available."
But you still want to see it, don't you? The mansion looks like it belongs on a golf course in California, with its lush, green lawns and spacious rooms fit for a celebrity.
Gomez's home is located in Montserrat, a gated community in southwest Fort Worth that includes homes priced in the $200,000s, according to Zillow.
Gomez's 10,000-square-foot abode at 4649 Saint Laurent Court is surely on the upper end of the neighborhood. The home is situated on 1.5 acres and has a tennis court, putting green, outdoor kitchen and pool. It was built in 2005.

The home had previously been available but shared in secret "because of her famous name and security concerns," noted Candy Evans of Candy's Dirt in early 2017.
The final sale price is not yet available.
Gomez, of course, was born in Grand Prairie. In fact, she visited her childhood home in Grand Prairie in January, taking a picture on the stoop. The Instagram photo was liked by 8.4 million people.
The "Hands to Myself" singer appeared on Barney & Friends as a child, as many young Dallas-Fort Worth actors do. She also starred on Disney showWizards of Waverly Place and famously dated fellow pop singer Justin Bieber for several years. Her singing career has included sultry singles such as "Come and Get It" and "Good for You."
She was the first celebrity to hit 100 million Instagram followers — which seems so long ago, now that she's nearing a whopping 150 million followers.
Gomez took her Texas home off the market temporarily in 2017, PageSix reports, and purchased a California mansion for $2.25 million the same year.
More recently, TMZ and People report that Gomez is being treated for emotional issues.
