A playground for children and adults: At 37,000 square feet, there's plenty of room for both.

The palace at 10711 Strait Lane in Dallas' Preston Hollow is the most fun house that real estate mogul Allie Beth Allman has ever listed, she tells us. It's also Zillow's "most favorited home" in Texas, it reveals in a blog post. It's owned by Dr. Richard Malouf, the founder of All Smiles Dental.

The address is one of the largest residential estates in North Texas, says our real estate reporter Steve Brown.

Perhaps the most coveted street in Dallas, Strait Lane is home to this mammoth manse stretching out across nearly 4.4 acres. Built in 2003, with an asking price of $23,950,000 (down from $27, 995,000), how quickly will this joint fly off the shelf?

"Anything in this price range stays on the market for a while," Allman says. "There are simply limited buyers."

From the 10-car garage, bowling alley and in-house movie theater, there would be few reasons to ever leave home. It even boasts its own water park: three slides, an interactive lazy river with animatronics, waterfalls, a grotto, a dive platform with zip line and a palapa.

Inside, it has 10 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms -- 11 full baths, nine half baths. Wow is right.
