Dallas beer bar Common Table expanding to Dallas Cowboys practice facility in Frisco

Dallas restaurant and bar The Common Table will open a second location in the Dallas Cowboys soon-to-open practice facility and complex in Frisco, according to blog Escape Hatch Dallas. Corey Pond, the business' owner, confirmed the news Monday.

The Common Table will join other local eateries at The Star, as it's known, including Neighborhood Services, Liberty Burger, Dee Lincoln Prime and Mi Cocina. The 91-acre development, which includes indoor and outdoor football fields, an Omni hotel, and a hospital, will also house a Nestle Toll House Cafe, a Tupelo Honey Cafe and a City Works restaurant. (More on those here.)

According to Escape Hatch Dallas, the new Common Table will inhabit a 6,200-square-foot space with a sizable patio and offer about 90 beers. In 2014, we named it among the best craft beer bars in Dallas-Fort Worth. The food menu will remain largely the same at the original restaurant in Uptown Dallas, the pub said.
