Dallas' Library Bar deemed one of America's most 'iconic' hotel bars

Ah, yes, the fine drink menu. Our Mr. Dallas says it recently got a much-needed makeover from manager Chad McClendon, formerly of the Mansion on Turtle Creek and Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck. McClendon's "blown the dust off the bar shelves by featuring craft spirits more common to mixology bars than hotel lounges." He's also introduced fresh juices and homemade syrups to the mix.

Library Bar was among other esteemed national bars, such as Carousel Bar (Hotel Monteleone) in New Orleans, the Pump Room (Public Chicago) in Chicago, Bar Marmont (Chateau Marmont) in Hollywood, California, and Clockwork Tower (New York Edition) in New York. You can view the whole list here.
